Nothing on this Application, Website, or Services shall confer any license or rights to the intellectual property of Vridhee to the User. You may own the medium on which the information resides, but Vridhee retains full title and all intellectual property rights to that information. You may not create a link to our applications from another website or document without prior written consent from Vridhee.
The contents of the Application, Services, and products are developed based on the structured curriculum prescribed for various courses. Their use is intended to supplement, not replace, the curriculum-based education provided by educational institutions, by presenting concepts in an easily understandable manner. Basic definitions and formulas will remain consistent with the curriculum.
Vridhee recognizes that there are multiple methods for delivering structured curriculum pedagogy; therefore, the inclusion of certain methods in the Application, Services, or products does not imply endorsement of any specific approach, nor does exclusion imply disapproval. Subscribing to the Application or using our Services does not guarantee admission to any educational institution, success in exams, or a specific percentage of marks.
Certain content within the Application, Services, Website, and products, particularly related to assistance in preparing for administrative services, may express opinions and views. Vridhee is not responsible for these opinions or any claims arising from them. Additionally, we make no warranties or representations regarding the quality, completeness, or adequacy of such information and data.
Some parts of the Services are interactive, encouraging User contributions that may not undergo prior editorial review. Vridhee accepts no responsibility or liability for any material communicated by third parties in this manner. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove, review, edit, or delete any content. Furthermore, we are not liable for any User-uploaded content on the Website, regardless of whether we have certified any submitted answers. Vridhee is not responsible for verifying whether User-generated questions, answers, or content contain infringing materials.
Vridhee may contact Users through SMS, email, and phone regarding product information, important updates, and requests for product demonstrations based on any form of access to the Application (including free downloads or trials), Services, or Website registrations. By providing your contact details, you expressly consent to such communication and indemnify Vridhee against any liabilities, including financial penalties, if your mobile number is registered with the Do Not Call (DNC) database. By registering, you agree to make your contact information available to our employees, associates, and partners for educational information and promotional purposes.
While Vridhee may facilitate product demonstrations at a location specified by the User, the User acknowledges that they have not been influenced by any statements or representations regarding the quality or conditions of the products. The User affirms that they have relied solely on their own investigations, examinations, and inspections, and that Vridhee has provided the opportunity for thorough assessments prior to the demonstration.
Upon registration, Vridhee may contact you via the registered mobile number or email, or any other contact details provided, to ensure effective provision of Services. The User explicitly permits Vridhee to reach out to them and any students using the Services at any time after registration. Additionally, Vridhee reserves the right to monitor the download and usage of the Application, Services, and products, as well as their content, to analyze usage and facilitate effective support.
The User further authorizes Vridhee to assist students using the Application and Services by answering questions, providing study plans, sharing progress updates, offering feedback, and mentoring through telephone or email, with the express consent of the User's legal guardian or parent.
While Vridhee has invested in training personnel involved in sales and services to ensure quality control, it makes no warranties or representations regarding their competence or conduct. Vridhee is not responsible for any inappropriate behavior exhibited by such personnel. User feedback on this matter is encouraged, and Vridhee reserves the right to take appropriate action as necessary.
Access to certain elements of the Services, including doubt clearance and mentoring, may be subject to specific terms, conditions, and fair usage policies. Vridhee reserves the right to establish criteria for providing various Services to different categories of Users. Therefore, subscription to the Application or registration does not automatically grant entitlement to all Services offered.
Vridhee retains discretion in granting access and determining the continuity of specific Services. We also reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, or modify any of our Services at any time and at our discretion.
Vridhee's applications, products and services, including the application and associated content, are compatible only with specific devices, tablets, and hardware. Vridhee is not obligated to ensure functionality on instruments that are not recognized or that are incompatible, including those purchased from third parties. We reserve the right to update the list of compatible devices as needed.
Vridhee shall not be liable for any loss or damage to tablets, hardware, software, or instruments, including any loss of data or impact on processing speed, resulting from your use of our products and services.
You must provide the shipping address at the time of purchase. Products will be delivered directly to this address, and changes cannot be made once the order is processed. If you need to update the address, please notify us in writing well before the shipping date. Any discrepancies in the name or address may result in non-delivery of the products.
(a) For products damaged at the time of delivery, the shipping charges will be covered by Vridhee. For returns initiated for other reasons, the User is responsible for arranging the return of the product(s) and will bear the associated shipping costs.
(b) We advise against accepting any package that appears tampered with, opened, or damaged upon delivery. All returned products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. Any items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted for return.
(c) Requests for product returns must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Please note that refunds will not be processed for requests made after this 15-day period.
You acknowledge that Vridhee is not the manufacturer of the instrument, medium, or hardware. Any defects related to these items must be reported to the manufacturer, whose contact details will be provided on the packaging. Vridhee is not responsible for any issues arising from these products and does not offer any guarantees or warranties concerning them.
In order to access the Services and to avail the use of the Application/products, You shall be required to register yourself with the Application/Services/products, and maintain an account with the Application/Services/products. You will be required to furnish certain information and details, including Your name, mobile number, e-mail address, residential address, grade/class of the student, school name, payment information (credit/debit card details) if required, and any other information deemed necessary by the Application. With respect to the provision of information, the following may be noted:
a) Once payments are made, they are non-refundable.
b) Any transaction fees incurred will be the responsibility of the cardholder.
Transaction fees will not be refunded or reversed under any circumstances, including reversals, chargebacks, or other reasons.
Persons who are "competent" to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, are eligible to register for the Application and our products or Services. Minors, undischarged insolvents, and similar individuals are not eligible. If you are a minor and wish to use our products or Services, such use must be facilitated by your legal guardian or parent, who agrees to these Terms. If a minor utilizes the Application, it is assumed that consent has been obtained from the legal guardian or parent.
Vridhee will not be responsible for any consequences arising from the misuse of the Application or any products or Services, including instances where a minor registers. By using our products or Services, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that minors using the Application have obtained the necessary consent.
Vridhee reserves the right to terminate your subscription and/or refuse access to our products or Services if it is discovered that you are under 18 years of age and have not received appropriate consent, or if any information provided is inaccurate. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the eligibility criteria. Individuals under 18 should seek consent from their parents or legal guardians before providing any personal information on the Application.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vridhee, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, including attorney's fees, arising from:

Vridhee provides these Terms so that you are aware of the terms that apply to your use of the Websites, Applications, Products and Services. You acknowledge that Vridhee has given you a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms and that you have agreed to them.
